"Just purchased my first Harley. 2009 Heritage Softail, have been waiting a long time for this day to come. Had been to several area dealers and found this and one in S.A. to be the friendliest. Call and spoke to Amy, who helped me over the phone. My wife and I drove over on a Sat., Amy was swamped because Jeremy was off. I looked at the few 09's left and decided on the Redhot Sunglow and Gold combo. My wife, who I love more than this M/C, agreed to the purchase. It was our 27th Anniversary, gotta love a wife that will buy a M/C for her Anniversary. I have ridden every chance since then, when it's not raining. Thanks to Tim and Dawn, Amy and all the rest of the staff for a very pleasant experience with my purchase and I will always recommend them to all my friends.

"If you are looking to by a Harley-Davidson this IS the place to go.
That said if you like walking into a show room and having a sales person in your face from the start, pushing a bike onto you that you don’t really want, and giving you a low ball offer on your own bike then go to the big dealerships just up the coast from Victoria.
However if you enjoy walking into a showroom, in a relaxed atmosphere where ALL of the staff are polite and courteous towards you then you will be in the right place at Victoria Harley-Davidson.
My experience with them was second to none. The deal I received on my own bike that I was trading in, and the price of the new bike couldn’t be touched by the bigger dealerships. Nothing I asked for was too much, I specked my bike fully with them on Friday morning, they sourced one from another dealership, shipped it to Victoria, changed the wheels and added my extras, the bike was ready Saturday night. Nothing was too much for them and everyone in the store pulled together to get me on the road.
There is no doubt in my mind I have a dealership for life. When looking for my new bike, by the way it’s an 09 Street Glide I contacted over 10 dealerships in south Texas and visited 4 of them, Victoria is tops, I will do business with them again, and actively encourage others to go there.

I am the Senior Road Captain for the Caliente HOG chapter and also a executive for a Major construction company based out of San Antonio.
I Just had to take a moment to drop you a line and tell you how much we appreciated the type of service we received from not one but all of the people we meet while at your shop on Saturday.
I would also like to thank you're HOG chapter for hosting us and making us feel like extended family please allow us to reciprocate in the near future.
With the economy in it present state and the forecast of the things to come, it is important for all of us the service related industry to understand "as it apparent that you and your staff have", that most products are sold at a similar price it is the service that makes the difference.

"The VHD is the best shop I have been to thus far! The employees are quite interesting and very fun to talk to. Although I probably keep them from doign there jobs sometimes they have helped me with everything I have ever needed. "I always believe in letting someone know if they did something that deserves a comment and Victoria Harley Davidson clearly do!
This store, and their fine staff truly go above and beyond. I had been going to the CCHD store since the Ron Brownie days, and I have got to say Tim and Dawn have a class act going on here. Their staff are always there to help, offer advice and suggestions or just to say hello in passing. They have helped me in so many ways I'm not sure where to start. Most recent was what I believed an attempt to "do it myself" and replace the inner faring on my 01 FLHTCI. I bought the part, they called me and my wife and I tried in vain to do the work following the manual. What a nightmare and I kept thinking someone can do this in 2 hours, lets see! I loaded up the bike, parts in a baggie and turned it over to them.
They did the work, replaced a couple cables and other little items that were broke or missing from our bike, and called me to say it was ready. Mind ya, I am still holding on to that 2 hour shop rate.... well it was well beyond that, but let me say this with ALL sincerity! They cleaned our bike from top to bottom, and shined it like a new penny. They teased me about my jokes on the bill but I assure you it was money well spent, and I have NO regrets or misgivings about this at all. What made it all the more personal, was how this gentleman was looking at my bike the night we delivered it. He pointed out several things that in his opinion needed attention. As I left, he introduced himself as Tim, shook my hand and closed the shop doors. I later found out he was the owner, and I can not tell you how that impressed us. His kindness, demeanor and personal touch just assures us both we will be long time customers at this fine store. These folks are second to none, weather is's a spark plug, or major repairs. They treat you with respect and dignity, and that goes a long way in my book. I thank Tim, Dawn, and all the folks there that take such good care of us whenever we are there, y'all are TOPS!!"
